Communication
Personal and group conversations, voice/video, and conversation search in one realtime flow.
Personal & group chat, voice/video, Share Screen, Secure Deal, Customer Hub, Website Studio, Landing Pages, and API Platform across the MicroLink ecosystem.
I need help connecting our accounting database.
I can help. We can continue through chat, call, or Screen Share without losing the conversation context.
MicroLink has evolved from realtime communication into customer service, Secure Deal, digital presence, business operations, and a developer platform.
Personal and group conversations, voice/video, and conversation search in one realtime flow.

See who uses MicroLink, how customers request support, how support teams handle cases, and when chat can escalate to calls or Screen Sharing.
The customer opens the company's website/app and then opens the MicroLink widget.
Support receives the chat and can use files, voice notes, calls, or Screen Sharing.
All interactions stay within one flow, so customers do not need to switch platforms.
Technical roles are explained in easier-to-understand language.
Manages the organization, workspaces, teams, access rights, and service policies.
Manages support operations, agents, configuration, and notifications.
Handles chats, calls, files, and assists customers directly.
Uses MicroLink to ask questions and request support.
Embeds MicroLink in its own website or application.
The flow from when an issue appears until support is completed.
The customer encounters a question or problem while using the service.
The widget is opened directly from the website or application currently in use.
The customer explains the issue and can send files, images, or voice notes.
Support can continue with a voice call, video call, or Screen Sharing.
Conversation context remains available, so support does not have to start from scratch.
The customer does not need to contact a Customer Service agent's personal number. They simply open MicroLink from the application they are using. Support sees the request, tries to help via chat, and escalates to Screen Sharing when needed.
The customer explains the issue through the widget.
The agent sees the relevant chat, files, and history.
Support offers a call or Screen Sharing.
The screen is shared according to the user's browser permissions.
Support provides direct guidance while retaining the chat and case context.
The business value that prospective users can see most easily.
| Need | Before MicroLink | With MicroLink |
|---|---|---|
| Communication | Chats are scattered across multiple applications. | Conversations stay in one platform. |
| Technical support | Customers must explain problems at length. | Support can use Screen Sharing. |
| Calls | Users need to switch to another application. | Voice/video calls stay within the MicroLink flow. |
| History | Context is easily lost. | Chat history remains available according to the retention policy. |
| Customer Service operations | Customers handle multiple channels. | The Support Desk centralizes the work. |
| Integration | A custom communication system must be built. | The widget and API can be embedded into the company's application. |
The inventory covers customer-facing features, operations, integrations, security, infrastructure, and UX capabilities already defined in the MicroLink project.
Users, Admins, Developers, Owners, IT teams, and Partners no longer share one monolithic operations manual.
The current widget supports host-provided visitor/customer profiles, auto-registration, notifications, calls, and direct Screen Share without forcing users to switch apps.
Pass external_id, name, email, phone, company, and avatar through MicroLinkWidget.params.visitor.
Use a backend-issued visitor_token to bind external_id safely across browsers. Secrets are never placed in JavaScript.
Visitor conversations reach the related customer/support team while responder identity remains visible for internal coordination.
Screen Share is bound to conversation participants. Pointer Guide provides visual guidance only and never takes over the mouse or keyboard.
This section is specifically for the Website Widget: create a Workspace, add a Property, then paste one script. Other MicroLink features run directly in the application.

Chat retention, attachment lifecycle, financial records, and Secure Deal evidence are not treated as one lifecycle. Access still follows roles, tenant isolation, and origin policy.
Privacy PolicyBilling stays explicit: subscription pays for product access, while add-ons and top-ups cover selected additional usage.
No. FREE can be used to try a Workspace, widget, chat, ticketing, voice/video, and screen sharing within plan limits.
A subscription activates a monthly or annual plan. A top-up only adds selected credits or usage and is not the primary way to activate MicroLink.
Not for normal usage. Those capabilities are included as plan entitlements. Additional charges only apply to variable-cost resources such as heavy TURN relay, cloud recording, or AI.
Yes. A Workspace owner can request a plan change from Usage & Billing. Paid changes follow the billing flow so a plan is not activated without a valid commercial action.
Start with an account/Workspace, then enable the capabilities your team needs.
